Header question
Hi.
I have a 1978 first gen. I recently bought a secondhand set of headers that are supposed to also be off a 1978. It has the two intertwined pipes, leading to a small muffler.
However, when I took it to an exaust shop yesterday, the mechanic said that it wouldn't work properly without a little breather pipe that leads back to the engine.
Is that right? Help, guys!
