Cool Header panel removal

I am trying to remove the front header panel so I can remove some dings and then paint it.. It is the panel between the hood and front bumper. There are 4 bolts under the hood but I can't find where the others might be. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a bolt at each end that attaches it to the fender. you can pull the link rod on the headlight to fold it up high enought to get to them.

I left out that you have to reach in the hole and pull one or two more that are inside.
