Well, thanks for all the advice from everyone. Lots of good advice. I am going with the Blaupunkt MP76. It seemed to have the most adjustability with the lights. It also has a lot of good features. I think I will like it. Of course, I will post pictures when it is installed. It may be a little while though. I come home from Iraq in a couple weeks, then I will have to wait for leave so I can go home and get my car back. Hopefully it will be in within a month.

Look at Nakamichi head units. They have an amber display that matches nicely, and all of the features you wanted. Nice and simple and the sound quality is top notch.
