Here's the problem:
I have a 1982 RX7-GX. Some of you know my car. Anyway, when I switch on my headlights the park lights come on but the low beams DO NOT.
I can pull the switch to activate the High beams but if I flick the switch forward to engage the High beams they don't come on. The low beams don't come on at all.
What gives?
Is it a relay? Could it be the actual switch in the steering column?
The low beam cutting out problem started a little while back but I would switch on/off a few times and the low beams would come on.
Any ideas would be great.

My high beams used to not work at all. Took out the switch - stripped it down and cleaned it all out and now they work - that my bet.

 

because they come on when the switch is flicked back but not fwd a dirty switch is the likely culprit
