having some electrical problamos

Ok here we go:
1. Can go for more than three weeks with out killing the battery. I have good volts but bad CCA about 109.
2. My Black Magic M150 Electric Fan wont turn on by the thermostat, but will turn on with the manual switch.
3. the new stuff-- Brand new alternator, new starter.
4. Another thing is my powersteering is leaking out of the tube closest to the left side fenderwell and is dripping on to the the Pos and Neg Battery cables. WHat, if any problems can that do?

I think thats all, for now, please help.

Thanks,
Justin

-check that the new alternator is properly installed
-could be time for a new battery. Over time the plates corrode.
-If the cables are properly insulated and the fluid is just dripping onto the insulation it won't do diddly.
