Thick black with red stripe gets power from the ignition START terminal and links to the circuit opening relay and provides start signal. Red with white strip wire gets 12v from the main relay and provides 12v to the emissions solenoids. The thin black with brown dots wire gets grounded. All the rest are for cruise control, power steering, a.c. etc and that can be figured out by looking in the FSM at the page with voltage readouts.

There are 4 wires for the circuit opening relay. Black with white stripes gets 12v from the main relay. Blue goes to the fuel pump. Brown goes to the AFM. Thin black is ground

Grab the FSM's from foxed.ca and you'll be all set. Easiest way is to determine which connector it is (X-0something for that one) and look on the diagrams for which wires come from and go to which component.

The connector in question isn't in the fsm. You have to do something research in the ecu voltage readout page to figure out what's what. I just did a SE injection swap in my 80 so belueve me theres a lot to figure out.

Crazy, I found something similar missing in the TII FSM - the injector resistor box. Had to poke around here on the forum and find what I was missing.
