gslse intake sleeves

Im not sure what they are called exactly, but i removed the sleeves that are in the upper intake holes on my gslse because they were stuck really bad. Does anyone know if this will this hurt anything else on the engine, besides mabey torque?

Those are your 5&6 port sleeves. Clean em up really good and put em back in. Make sure your actuators are lubed as well. They are designed to open at around 3500-4000 rpm (from exhaust backpressure) to allow more air and fuel into the engine. You can leave them out, have heard good and bad, search the forum for mixed results. I personally keep mine in.

Low end torque, as you mention is what you'll lose.
