GSL-SE wiring. Ignition to ECU

The last thing I have to problem solve on my GSL-SE EFI swap into the SA is that 4 pin connector under the wiper bottle. Two thick shielded black/yellow wires and two black wires (although FSM lists one as gray and one as green maybe, they are both black on my harness). The black yellow are shielded and connect to the trailing coil - terminal to send RPM signal to the ECU. From what I can tell by the wiring diagram... the black wires connect to each coil's + terminal? This powers the injectors? The SA tach signal wire is not shielded. The YG one that goes from the coil to the tach. Does the SE have shielded wiring for the RPM signal running parallel with the headlight / wiper fluid harness?

Two questions.

1)Am I getting this right?

2)Do the wires need to be shielded?

This thing is getting closer to being wrapped up...

B-32 is the 4 pin connector

B-38 is the condensor on the dizzy ( I think ) Which makes sense because it appears the two other wires on the 4 pin connector go to each coil's + terminal

It looks like the 2 black yellow wires go straight to the trailing -

B32 is a 6 pin, but only 4 are used.

it looks like the rpm wire is shielded. weirdly it looks to be one wire, splits into two at the plug and then back to one (or maybe its the shield?) one wire is a Green/yellow (Gy) and the other is Yellow/green (Yg).

the signal is the same as the tach, although since it runs the car, they must have decided to shield it

Just so you know, the harness under the wiper bottle in my GSL-SE has some thick healthy wires that are switched on when the ignition key is on, and stay on whle cranking. I think these are the wires you're looking for. I used both for my new carbed setup. One wire went to the float bowl vent solenoid and the other went to the wideband. Plenty of juice for the wideband.

I mention this not to discourage, but rather to let you know any switched power wire(s) from your SA could work. Just route them over to the harness and plug them in with a male or female quick disconnect crimp-on terminal in 0.25" size.

They stay on because they are fed by the coils which are switched. I just want to know if those two smaller wires are for the + terminal on the coils. Im certain tge black yellow ones are for trailing -.

Here's my harness. Notice two black yellow and two black. FSM states they are greens maybe on the front harness side? Think I could get away with a standard wire? Non shielded. Although I do have an fc vert air bag harness I could cut up. That may be shielded.
