I did mention over there that if your intercooler was upside down (as in the inlet and outlet are on the bottom side) it might make things a little bit more efficent. The way you have it mounted on there right now most of the air will be travelling in that top part of the intercooler and the way you have things setup doesn't flow the air as much as the bottom to cool down the air charge further.

more air flows over the lower part of the inter cooler where it's placed. More air flows through the top of intercooler where the pipeing is. flip it over and make it more efficiant. simple enough, well not really cause them you'd have to redo the intercooler piping.
