GSL-SE suspension into a GS

I'm thinking of replacing my GSL suspension with parts from a GSL-SE. I've read the threads and visited some websites (great info) on complete changeovers. Currently have a great 60K GSL rear end. Can I just change out the axles or do I have to change out the entire rear? I know I'll do the complete changeover in front. Any help is appreciated.

Simple swap...I did it along time ago. Dont forget the hand brake cable. You can do the whole swap in less then 2 hours.....that easy.

I have a complete spare GSL-SE suspension W/Wheels I was keeping as spares. If I was to sell it, what would be some FAIR (to both parties) prices for the parts?
