hello, this one has me pissed off

this is questions about a gsl-se.
the fuel pressure reads a steady 80psi
he has done the tb mod.
bones cone filter
a bosh fuel pressure regulator from 35 to 85 psi (made for fuel injection cars)
pretty sure he has no leaks

my question is this, why is the car running perfect for only a minute or so, then kills and starts right back up and kills again...? thanks

 

BIG O' vacuum leak??????? Can you provide a bit more info.. have you done anything to it recently.. was it running before??so on and so forth...

 

it has been sitting up. so danny changed the intake gaskets, did the tb mod, and r&b exhaust.

 

rotary is right about the big o' vacuum leak... so double check everything...

 

When you do the TB mod, its common to get leaks. Also, there is a good chance that the TB will need to be adjusted. How and what to adjust, its hard to say without being there to witness....but theres a good chance that stock settings may not work
