GSL-SE No Fuel - Need Advice

While trying to start the car, no fuel pressure at all. Pump doesn't appear to be working. Before I mounted it, I tested it by directly hooking it up to a battery, and it turned over. Mounted it and tried to start the car, no fuel at all, line is dry, no operating sounds from pump.

Jumpered the by pass at the AFM, nothing. Pulled the Circuit Opening Relay and found continuity to the fuel pump plug, but no voltage. Maybe I'm not using the multi meter correctly, but even when I jumper the relay connectors, I get no voltage at the plug. What am I missing? What would be the correct way to test this circuit? I am not eliminating the possibility of a dead fuel pump, but shouldn't I still have voltage at the plug if the pump was bad?

Stock fuel pump or replacement?

So the Circuit Opening Relay is sending power towards the fuel pump plug, but at the fuel pump plug you aren't getting any power? Wondering if there is a corroded, cut, or unplugged wire past this point that would prevent power from reaching the pump.

I've always done the "leave the key in the run position and mess with fuel pump issues until you hear it zing to life" method in an old truck. Burnt through 3 fuel pumps in 3 months, you get good at it after a while.

Jumpered between Black/White wire and Blue wire at COR and got power to the pump. Pump ran, no problem. Either the COR is bad or the ECU? The brown wire runs to the ECU, so maybe that is where the prpblem is?
