(GSL-SE) Injector Fuse replacement

Hi all,

Anyone know which fuse to use on the injector fusing link (GSL-SE owners know this as the fuse to de-flood)). My green wire fuse broke and I want to replace with a newer style. I can't seem to find the amperage anywhere. I feel like it should be 30 but not absolutely sure. Thank You!

Looks like the FC runs a 40 amp fuse

So reading the specs on the green fuse, it's a 1.25sq which is a 45amp equivalent. So would running the 40 or 50amp fuse be better?

I got ahold of Rob at pineapple Racing and he said run the 50 amp as a replacement for the green wire fuse.

Generally you would go down in amps. This is to protect the wiring. Going up could cause the wires to overheat in the event of a large current drain.

That makes sense I must have switched that concept. I'll use the 40amp then! Thanks for the confirmation

I'd also go down in amperage, don't want to melt those old brittle wiring harnesses - they won't come back together after a ridiculous amount of heating!
