My problem is when the car comes to a stop the idle stays at 1500 or 2000 until I tap the gas. Then it returns to 800 like it should. Please help....

Also I'd like to know if a large garret turbo from a 87-91 with the exhaust manifold and turbo and turbo manifold, for an S4 turboII, wastegates. Will fit in my gsl-se. If not what else do I need?

You need to clean the TPS with wd40. I had the same problem before where the idle would surge to 1200 at stop and returned back to 800 with a tap on the gas paddle. Good luck.
