GSL-SE Fuel Tank Leaking

That's not safe, you need to get this fixed.
As another SE owner, I have not experienced this, but can only suggest that you check the gaskets on the top of the tank to ensure that it's not overflowing from the tank fittings, or a gasket that has gone out. You can check this by taking it to a local Emissions Control center and have them run the fuel system leak test, which places a vacuum on the tank fittings, if there is a leak, you will fail the emission test.
I don't know if you'll have to drop the tank to check these, but would imagine so. Also, check the fittings on the fuel filter immediately in front of the fuel tank (driver side) to see if it may have a pressure leak and is spraying fuel onto the top of the tank and then dripping down the sides.
Does this only occur when the tank is full up? Could be an indicator that it's the top seals. HTH,
