GSL-SE fuel system

I have a few q's about the GSL-SE fuel system.

I'm gonna use a SE pump for my 89 n/A project but the wiring is different. What I mean by that is that there are circuits and relays that are specifically for the fuel pump. The carburated cars didnt have that. If I just use the SE pump with the carburated wiring, the pump would allways be on when the key is at the on position.

Would this cause any problems? Is there anything I really need to look out for when swaping the pumps because of the wiring? Any help here would be appreciated!
