GSL-SE front conversion

Okay, so I want to upgrade my front suspension, but I'm mainly interested in getting 14" rims and better brakes. I was considering a FC subframe swap, but I don't think I want to mess with that..
So, I'm wondering since there are no GSL-SEs lying around to steal parts from, what is the minimum I can buy and get away with and have a GSL-SE front hub?
Rotors, calipers, caliper mount bracket... what else am I missing? Also, this other thread on spindle question, would any FC parts work? From a FC SE with 14" rims. I mean. Maybe use the spindles and calipers/caliper mounts from it? There are some of those lying around here.

Looking at the fiche, I notice that at least a few minor parts carry over, such as the pads and pad attachment pieces. Makes me wonder whats different about the calipers. Do they mount on opposite sides or something? I'm wondering what would keep you from mounting them on a GSL using a SE bracket...

The -SE calipers are wider, to accomodate the thicker rotor.

How 'bout you finish my friggin exhaust so I can? ***
heh

I should have mentioned that my car is a 84 GSL... Actually, my question was regarding the differences between the FC SE and GSL-SE calipers. Looks like they mount on opposite sides, but other than that.. differences? Seems like the bigger problem, though is the spindles. I just wonder if the thicker rotors work okay with GSL spindles. Doesn't seem like they would, but we'll see.
If nobody knows, I guess I'll head over to the local upull this weekend and do some measuring.
