GSL SE Evaporatiber canister

Thinking about buying a GSL SE but it needs a evaporativer canister. How hard is it to put one of these back on to pass emissons. just to add the car is carbed.

Why is it carbed, and that alone may cause emission passing issues. Changing them out is not hard at all. They pull up off of the mounting bracket and have 2 vacuum lines attached.

Gsl-Se's are Fuel injected.
Putting on the cannister is not going to help if it has a aftermarket/performance carb on it. It won't even pass the visual test.

If the harness is still there then putting it back to stock won't be that big of a deal if it is still the Se motor in her. You can get a Ecu and all the intake components and the rest of the FI stuff for pretty reasonable. It's just amatter of how bad you want the car.
Or you can make the seller smog the car, drive it until it's due for it's next smog and decide if you want to keep it or sell it.
