GSL-SE Computer wiring in 80 SA Chassis

I have an 1980 Sa RX-7 Chassis with bare bones wiring and stripped interior. I have installed a GSL-SE 13b fuel injected motor into the 80 chassis. My progress has recently reached wiring the motor. I have the stock SE computer located inside the car at the passenger foot well. What should I do about wiring?
Option 1 - Install the full GSL-SE main wiring harness, and leave alot of accessory connections unpluged.

Option 2 - Isolate the computer power harness clips from the main wiring loom that goes through the drivers side of the firewall, and install that into the 80 chassis.

Option 3 - Cut all the clips I need and run my own wiring for only essential connections.
Have I missed any options?

Going with the SE harness seems to make the most sense and probably means you'll have a running car in the shortest amount of time. If it were me, that's the route that I'd take.

Incidentally, I also have an 80LS in addition to my 84SE and would not get into the SE 13b swap due to complexity, but that's just me.

Good luck with it and report back if more questions,
