Great!!!

Well I finally mounted some tires to the 16"x7" wheels I had laying around for over a year. The tires are 225/50/16 (REAR) 205/45/16 (FRONT) Kohmo 712's. So I only put ~25 miles on them so far, I took the 7 to one of the few roads that's actually fun to drive on around here and what would be about 7/10's on my Sumitimo HTR200's felt like a compfertable 5/10's or 5.5/10's. They handle the power (read sig) extremly well in a straight line as well. BTW the Sumitimo's were stock size for the GSL-SE rims they were mounted to 205/60/14.

The Bad, they are noisyer than the Sumitimo's, I can actually here the tires over the loud (but deep) exhaust note. I'm sure due to using 45 series tires in the front with a pretty stiff side wall bumps are MUCH more noticeable and upsetting to the car then the driver. On looking at what kind of clearnce I had in the front I could have went with a 205/50/16, next time.

Overall I say f^&king awesome, truely even more when you factor in the price. Some people say the Kohmo's don't last to long, not worried about that due to this not being my daily ride. Let me put another few hundred miles on them I see if I'd still recomend them.
