I have a used cargo basket on the way for the roof. Kinda going for a rally/off-road theme just for fun. I will be taking it camping and mountain biking, so it's functional as well. Hope somebody else out there appreciates the look other than me!

Where'd you get the headlight grills and how did you put them on?? I like the off-road/rally theme a lot!

Thanks guys, glad I'm not the only one. The headlight grills I got on eBay. If you search for something like "motorcycle headlight grill" or "mesh stone headlight guard" you'll find them. I just used zipties to attach them. Didn't want to modify any of the headlight hardware permanently.

Back when I was big into cycling, I used to carry 2 triathlon bikes on top of my 84SE using a Thule rack/rails. The low-slung car makes it very easy to get the bikes on/off of the racks, and the front wheels would detach and store in the rear hatch area. With the Mariah Hatch you see in my Avatar picture, the hatch - when up - would just barely clear the tails of the rails, otherwise regular hatch glass would prevent you from opening the back more than about a foot - a serious inconvenience.

I like the look, and still have my rack for when my wife and I go trail riding anywhere. Keep up the great work,
