Ok, sounds great, thanks.

I think this will be my last question, but where do you guys buy your -AN fittings at? I have local shop that sells them, Ive just never looked at the price...Anyway, if you could post where you get them, that would be great. Thanks .

So now, I plan on getting two lengths of SS line (or even just oil/heat resistant rubber hose), and then putting a couple screw clamps on each end of the barbed fittings. So then, afte I save up some more money, I can get the AN fittings on there.

Very good TJ. Make sure you use a good hose. Check a hydraulic hose place. They may even be able to crimp the new hoses onto the fittings, so bring them in with you.

Then the red screws down tight to the blue piece which crushes it all together? Is that right? If thats right, Im making my own lines .

Nah, you dont need to do that. I lightly lube the "barbed" area that goes into the hose with a little oil to help it. It's a REAL tight fit going into the hose.

You need special fittings for the cooler/engine to go from metric to AN. Mazdatrix sells them. as far as the stuff to make the hoses, I get mine from summit. Make sure that you ues the same mfg for everything. All aeroquip, or all Earls. Different mfg's stuff does not work and play well together. And make sure that they are compatable. Even some areoquip stuff wont work with other aeroquip stuff so read the description of what your gonna buy.

cool. That makes for a nice clean install. But what hose did you use? the 79-82 one? cause teh 83 hose come off of the 90 degre part of the T so that wouldn't work would it?

I used the 85 hose. There is enough play to turn it where it fits.
