good tricks to start flooded 1st gen.

here's my problem. its REALLY cold. my engine is flooded. its basically stuck in my garage at the bottom of an up hill (to the street) drivway. and my batery is dying. so push starting it is out of the question. a lot of turning over is out of the question. heat is kind of out of the question. i want to get it started becuase i dont want it to sit all winter. but i dont know if it will start untill spring. is that really bad?

hmmm
use a turkey baster
put about 2-3 oz on each side of the rotors, your car will smoke like a **** until it burns off the excess MMO
let the mmo sit in there for a good 24 hours and it will act as if your doing an atf treatment
the longer the **** sits in there the better i hear it is for getting rid of carbon buildups

mmo will work to just get the car unflodded though

Pull the plugs and spin it a few times to clear it out some and then use the MMO. Make sure nothing is sparking when you do this.

I'd put new plugs in also. I had to tow mine when it flooded in the cold and even then it wouldn't start again withotu repeating. New plugs, no more problems.BTW I also did that as Hades12 recomended

you dont want to use ATF on new plugs, using atf causes the plugs to foul along with the car needing an oil change

sometimes (major flooding) mmo wont seal enuff to start it so atf is needed.... i like mmo as its water like and eazy to install but atf might be needed from time to time... i had to do it on a friends 90 vert both rotors were dead
