Good prices or not- need advice.

This is what the guy listed. Are any of them worth it? I have a 12a. totally stock except full new exhaust, e-fan, rats nest gone, double alt pulley, and some stuff i forget.

-new fuel pressure regulator for carbs only, $10

-1979 RX7 Carburetors, good upgrade for 81-85, mechanical secondaries and they're larger. $60

-ported stock 12A intake manifolds, better throttle response, $50

Thanks for the advice.

I belive the '79 carb does flow slightly better, or I might be confusing that with the intake manifold. Either way, a $60 carb, if it's clean and working properly doesn't need a rebuild is a good price. Hell, there $1100 from Mazda

The fuel pressure regulator is nothing special, I'm not even sure what that is I think its in your fuel line next to the carb but I've never understood it. I don't even know how to tell if you need one.

I'd be curious to know the extent to the porting of the manifolds; I understand you can do some pretty good things with those.

I know of at least 2 people on this forum who can offer better advice on this. Probably more like 500. Wait and someone will give you a definite answer.
