It appears to be a good deal and the car appears to well cared for and loved. The muffler is a cheap aftermarket replacement and should be replaced with the correct muffler. Racing Beat offers a direct replacement muffler or you can choose to replace the entire exhaust with a RB exhaust.

The car looks clean and rust free, but inspect it for rust in the rear wheel wells and control arm mounts under the car. If you find rust in those areas you will also want to look at the front wheel well seams. Does the seller have any pictures of the underside of the car available?

You will also want to know the DOT codes on the tires as well. Even though the tire tread is good, how old are the tires and is there any cracking on the sidewalls or in the tread grooves?

It does need tires, they are dry rotted and for sure will be checking for corrosion. I'm going today to see it. Thank you.
