Is this a good deal for a TII engine?

I have the opportunity to get a complete TII engine with the turbo and intercooler for $700. Its local here, so I wouldn't have to pay shipping, and the engine has 60k miles on it. I need to know before I jump on this.

Even if you don't have the moulah to tackle the rest of the swap, it's definitely worth it to grab that. Forkin' awesome deal IMHO.
