God-awful constant buzzing (don't THINK it's the oscillator)

The oscillator has been unplugged for a few weeks now, but I still get this god awful buzzing (or never-ending beep if that makes sense) from time to time. Here's when it happens:

Completely random
Buzzing goes off and keeps going off regardless of when the car was last driven
Buzzing is continual even with the car TURNED OFF AND KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION
Oscillator is unplugged

It's also not the buzzer for the door-open 'alarm' thing, it's something else. I'm not sure where this is coming from but it's driving me bloody insane. The ONLY way to make it stop is to unplug the fuse for the hazards (I believe it's the hazard light fuse) and leave it unplugged for a day or so, the buzzing stops and I'll get 3-4 days of no buzzing.

I have tried resoldering the flasher unit together but that didn't give any change.

If anyone has ANY suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

Are you certain that it is the oscillator that you have unplugged? It is located in front of the battery, a small black box that looks just like a relay.

I really can't imagine it's not the oscillator I have unplugged. It's the only small black box in front of the battery, has about 6 or so wires going into it right?

It's unplugged. Plus I thought (please correct me if I'm wrong) that if the oscillator was the issue, the buzzing would only happen when the car is on? Mine does it even if the car is off and the key is unplugged.

i have a weird buzzing noise similar to that too. It only happens when im running low on gas though.i have no idea what it is or where its coming from. To me it sounds like its coming for the back near the taillights or something (btw...my rear int is gutted)

Yep, that's DEFINITELY it. And it is unplugged completely, I even made sure the plug was 'away' from the oscillator so it wasn't like it could bridge the connections somehow.

Mine is DEFINITELY coming from under the dash and it happens regardless of level of gas. Your noise sounds like a fuel pump going bad, unless these cars just have naturally noisy electric fuel pumps.
