Glass Sunroof Doesn't Seal
This forum is an extraordinary resource. Thank you.
I just bought an '81 RX-7 GSL. It's awesome. The choke cable is disconnected/broken, but I'm working on that. Otherwise, great car.
Question is, my car came with both the metal and glass sunroofs (sunrooves?). The metal sunroof seals down real nice against the rubber seal. However, the glass sunroof doesn't quite touch the seal when all the way down. There's about a 1/4" gap between the seal and the glass. Any ideas? Ways I can fix this?

I should mention that it doesn't touch at the back. Touching along the front edge just fine. Like it's not pulling down on the way in the back. The lift mechanism works great. It's just it gets to the bottom and the glass doesn't touch.

I'm pretty confident it's glass. It's real heavy and it sounds like glass when you knock on it.
I'm going to take another look at the hardware today to see if there's any kind of adjustment I can make. Did different year Gen-1s have different shaped glass?
