Give Me Ideas On Best Strut Tower Brace Design

I do welding/fabrication on the side to ease my mind and take away all my work stress from my normal job.

Question: I have seen a few strut tower braces for the FB, but was wondering your input on the most preferred style. I have my own tube benders from mild all the way to extreme for roll cages even for flat stock and feel that this is a no brainer to fab I just need the preferred style.

Any suggestions or preferred features/recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Depends on your engine, is it a stock or swap, what do you have planned for the future? Makes a difference in what you design due to clearances. Sorry I have no pics.

It's pretty much stock, not going to put in a v8 or anything at the moment.

The cp one with firewall supports impresses me and that is the way I am leaning towards. Also the Rotary Engineering one has a similiar style of cp (comment by Dominicaneddy - yea I had to look the design he was running but it was worth it).

To many choices, just might have to pick one and go for it and see how I like it.

There is absolutely no point in having a triangulated brace without strengthening the firewall where it bolts up to. Just something to keep in mind

Have you tried the RB one? It made a huge difference in my car's stiffness.

I have not tried the RB one, I have looked at it.

I am not going to pay 150+ for something that I should be able to fab up for <100. Besides, I need another project to go build...
