Talking Getting Closer!!!

Hey guys, just thought Id share my good fortune...

I talked to my Mom and my Grandma, and between them, they are gonna loan me the money to finish my car until I get a job to pay them back. I just ordered my new radiator, and tranny mount today, and im ordering my new RB muffler and gasket tomorrow. Then, after all that is installed, I get to make an appointment to get my brand new tires for my baby. Im so happy . Im finally gonna get to drive my baby soon. Plus, I got my dual belt pully from banzaitoyota for $20 (http://www.rotaryinnovation.com/new_products[1].htm cheap plug for ya ), so Ill have a true dual belt system . Anyway, just sharing .

PS - If any of you are in the market for a new radiator, get it from www.radiators.com (unless you can get it cheaper than $128 brand new). Heres why...I called them to order mine today, and the guy said it was $399 from the factory, $239 my cost. I said no, its $128 on radiators.com (the site I got the phone number from), and he said let me check that. It turns out, its a misprint on the website (or something), but since its in print, thats what they have to sell them for . Anyway, I just thought it was cool.

PPS - This is my next step after I get money and get rid of the dual belt setup...Anyone tried it yet?

Yeah. You're welcome .

Oh, and if anyone else cares, I orderd my new muffler and gasket from RB today, and they gave me a catalog and stickers for free . Also, I got myself two new belts for my new dual pully, and the re-attachment kit for re-attaching my electric fan . So it looks like i will be busy on my car here in about a couple weeks after eveything ships in .

congrats! Glad things are turning around for ya

Edit: I love the serpentine belt and pulley set, but hate the $289.95 pricetag. They're pulleys, fer cryin' out loud!

I want one of these ...... but for a 12a

I suppose most of the parts should be off the shelf .... the crank pulley would be the hardest one to source
