getting A/C lines off?

Ok anyone got experience with getting the A/C lines off? I know you have to hold one with a wrench and then turn the other, but these Sob's are stuck! Im twisting the whole thing. I dont wanna destroy it, might go with A/C later on... Any tricks for getting them off?

I had the same problem... used some oil, no help. Pull harder! All mine came loose with no damage, but I sure was sweating.

BFW....big freakin wrench. I used my trusty 14inch adjustable wrench from my plumbers tool box. I had to put some torque on em though. Good Luck
