General Driving Guide

either this will be a good idea to all noobie owners or shot down reeeal quick. how do you drive the FB? Startup, cooldown, how long do you wait? how do you get the best fuel economy? Post it up. If not for anyone else, I'd like to know how to drive my car properly.
