General 12a Question
My car has 109k miles on it, the guy i bought it from said he didnt do any thing to the car (repairs ect.) he siad he put about 2k miles on it ,
and that he was the 2nd owner. my question is; is it possible for a 12a with 109k miles on it to not leak at all? i look at the oil and its the same color as it was when i put it in about 1500 miles ago...
does this mean it could have been rebuilt or do rotarys just wear good when taken care of

Yeah, 109k miles isn't bad if it's been even semi-well taken care of.
You may or may not know that rotary engines *purposefully* burn oil. They're designed to inject small amounts of oil in with the air and gas to lubricate the apex seals. The oil level will go down a bit, but the colour won't change fast.
I say change it every 4000km, can't remember how many miles that is.
It probably just has worn well over the years consider yourself lucky. Get a compression check done by a mazda dealer or local rotary shop if you can, just to verify.
