Fuseable links???

Alright.. I am pretty sure the fuseable link is fried on my 85 -SE. I checked it by what I thout the Haynes manual was talking about, but teh description is vague at best.

How exactly do you check, and where is the best place to get a new one?

Thanks in advance!!

The yard I go to doesn't check in my tool box when I leave . I've got 2 screwdrivers and only a few sockets and plenty of room!!!!! The yard is on a dirt road and all of the RX-7's are along the fence next to the road with over 3' of grass on both sides of the fence. Anything that doesn't fit in my box goes over the fence for a later pick up date . I'm a poor college student and I've gotta get by somehow.
