Fuse blows as soon as I turn on the parking lights

The fues labled "tail light illum." a 15amp fuse I belive, blows as soon as I turn the switch. I've looked for shorts and couldn't find any. Has anyone else had this problem and where else should I look?

Start at the tail light wireing, and look for cracks in the insolation.

Also, if you have done any custom wireing make sure you have not jumped on to that circit with somehing new.

Like purple82 said he had short in his amp.

Good luck

you know how many lights and electrical things that switch turns on? Radio, dash, dims the clock (in some cars), glove box light enable (in some cars), rear lights, front lights.. dude you've got a lot of searching for a grounded wire.
