fusable links ?

ok, i jumped all of my fusable links with speaker wire after what happend last night. (they all blew) but when i go to put the bottom fusable link into the correct slot, this buzzing sound just starts going off behind the stearing wheel. but when i put the key in and start the car up, it stops ? but when i take the last fusable link out, it does not do this ? and opinions or helpful comments are much appreciated, thanks

Use fusable link, if u just jump them rather than blowing a fuse ull blow the wiring...not good
