Full manifold vacuum

I have a fist gen with the racing beat holley carb set up. I am trying to adjust my idle but i can't find a vacuum port with full manifold vac... can i use the power brake booster connection for this?? seems to be running really rich

also it sputters a bit between 2500-3500 rpm what should the timing be set too??

Just bought the car last week... am really new to rotaries so please bear with me..

I plan on doing some scca solo with this car eventually but it needs alot of suspension, brake, and chassis work
