full gas tank

So I've got an '80 RX-7 with a full tank of 7 year old gas, I'm wanting to restore the car and get it running. What now?

any one else notice that just about every rx7 on the planet has a leaky gas cap if your trim is pulling away under your filler door you need a new cap
