Can one get the fuel pump relay for an 85 12A from Napa or a similar auto parts store or do I have to special order it? Thank you!

Well, if I jump this "fuel pump cut relay" from the power to the pump wires, the pump starts spewing fuel out of the inlet hose by the carb, which is good. However, since I have to jump it to make it work, I'm guessing the relay is bad. Can I just jump it permanently or will that flood the engine? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. Thanks!
