My RX is getting really hard to start in the mornings. It will take about 20 pumps on the gas pedal to get it to finally start. Seems like there is just no fuel in the lines. Is this the pump going out on me, or is there a one-way valve somewhere that I could replace? Or is it something completely else?

 

sounds kinda like when mine died. i replaced it with a carter gerotor. the rotaryvane are too strong, so ud need regulator, this one doesnt require one. i might be selling mine in about a week if u want it, im upgrading carb and need stronger, pm me if u want it

 

How does it run once it starts? Might be a dirty filter, carb needs cleaned, choke problem, fuel pump, etc.
