Fuel pump and FPR choice
Should I get these for my TII swap? Anywhere cheaper?

What are you plans for the car? IIRC ebay was the cheapest place for the walbro. No personal experience though.

Ported TII engine with a t04 turbo. I want 350-400 RWHP. Haltech E6K ECU

yea those two pieces will be sufficient.... but anymore than 400rwhp and i would look for another pump.

^^^yep that is what I was going to say. You could always just add another in the future it you wanted more hp though.
