fuel pump for blowthrough 12at
hey guys, I recently started driving my blowthrough turbo 12a, and I'm having some difficulties with the setup. I've got the timing straight, and I have it tuned fairly well, but under full boost, there's momentary hesitation and loss of power. I have an a/f meter hooked up (yes I know I need a wideband, but i cant afford one right now), and it's fluctuating a little, from right to rich/lean, but when I looked at my fuel pressure guage, it's flopping back and forth from 15-20psi. I have an aeromotive fuel pump, which I know with flow plenty of volume, but I think that the max pressure is 20psi, it actually might be a little lower, cant really remember.
My question is, I know that this pump isn't going to cut it for my application, so what pump do you guys think I should run without breaking the bank?
how does this look? http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0307&langId=-1
Also, does anyone know what aftermarket fuel pumps are not too incredibly loud? This aeromotive one can get a little annoying....
