Fuel pump

Wel lseems like i am goign to have to repair/replace my fuel pump on the 79 rex. as much as i like to keep everything stock, is there any way it can be overhauled and re-used. I know aftermarket ones are prolyl better, but i like stock, Mazda did a good job.

I am also into keeping my car stock. I don't know if the old fuel pump can be
rebuilt, but you could find a new old stock in ebay, or see if anyone has one
for sale in the forum.

Keep us posted.

There are tons of stock FB fuel pumps around here. I had one before my swap. Now I have none.
