Fuel pressure regulator question

I searched different threads for hours last night to get more info on a good fuel pump and pressure regulator setup. So I've decided to go with a Carter 4594 pump, and probably a holley fpr. These seem to be a popular choice.

Now for my question, which holley fpr should I buy? There is a 1-4 psi and a 4.5-9 psi available. I have a stock nikki with exhaust and an rb intake. In my research, I've found that I should be running about 4-4.5 psi which is right in the middle of both fpr's.

What are you guys using?
