fuel consumption on s2 12A

I have a fully stock s2 12A and get about 200km to the tank. Is that about on par? Or is it too low? Also i've been advised to use super is that the recommended fuel? Or should i use premium or just straight unleaded?

According to the owners manual, you should use the lowest octane (87 for me in California). Higher octane is wasted, and some say it's actually bad for the motor because it does not burn as well.

For a S2, the tank is 63 liters, so 200kms is far too little. My S1 averaged 6 kms per liter before I did Jeff20B's ignition mod, wich would net more than 330 kms on your tank.

Funny, but the owners manual for my 84 says to use 92 octane. There is some equation that follows that is hard to understand. But, I don't think it would hurt to use higher octane. I have always used premium and have driven my FB's over 200,000 miles without a problem.
