Question Fuel/air Idea

What i'm thinking is have a bottle of pure oxygen somewhere, connected to a restrictor, and a solonoid valve. and I was thinking that the oxygen would increase combustion speed, and power. Since i read somewhere that the air we breath is only something like 20-30 percent oxygen. I suppose timing would have to be altered, but would this work, and if so would it give noticable results? Just an Idea.

I wasn't thinking of replacing all air with Oxygen, just attatch a small tube to the intake manifold, just to increase the Oxygen ratio a bit. But i don't have the knowledge or experience to back any of this up, Its just a thought

propane would in a sense if injected like nos, would increase power. it is common for diesel tuners to use propane instead of nos or in addition to. they use it in diesels because it takes extremely hot temps to ignite it, as the diesel has high temps for comunstion. the rotar i think may be a likely candidate

It sounds to me a lot like running NOS. When it ignites it splits the Nitorgen and Oxygen there for giving you more oxygen available to burn more fuel. Running pure oxygen would be a totally different setup however. Just using it to change the A/F Ratio to burn more fuel is about the same at NOS I would think.
