Front rubber bushes -part no ?

Anyone knows the part number for the rubber bushes that sit at the chassis front strut.
Its on the tension bar (l & r) -two big donuts .
Also if cracked on outer edge - do you think the inner rubber has perished too ?
seems like not a lot of people change these or little interest.
Mazda main dealer is taking long long time to come back with info - maybe not interested in this old stuff ! but with part no I can get price/ avail straight away .
Thanks for help.

They usually are sold as a set.

Try mazdatrix.com or mazdaautoparts.com for the part numbers. You can also copy and paste the link in my signature to down load a copy of the factory parts catalog.

Part nos for rubber bushes - 8871 341 36B - 4 pcs needed to do L/R sides
Spacer is 8871 34 135A - 2 pcs needed
The front nut is 26mm and a bugger to remove, soaked in WD40 and wrapped in cling film long time but still stuck -dont want to put heat on it as plastic bumper etc is too close.
Any suggestions welcome

bushes tension bar

Finally done it as this is how.1.Note front & rear nut positions- count threads/measure/paint.2 Soak with penetrating oil -Wd40 not effective enough.3position car jack to push socket bar at right hand side and jack up- thus applying torque .4 Using extension bar pipe on socket bar lever down on lhs to undo nut.5To refit tension bar you have to undo rear nut which gives the arm its length.6 torque as per manual or refit nuts as originally marked/measured. No heat req'd just muscle power.

You don't need to move the rear nut if you unbolt the other end of the rod from the lower control arm. PB Blaster and an impact gun make it much easier.

WD40 is not really a penetraing oil, and it's a poor solvent. It's original purpose was water displacement & corrosion protection.

Thumbs up rubber bushes tension arm

Nice to get feedback from the Masters but you've got to use what's available and even if it means resorting to "bush mechanics" ! Trochy what's PM blaster?I've learnt so much from this site -RTV ,MMO ,seafoam, etc stuff I never heard about !I'm in England and learning -kk

I have no idea what's available in the UK. Kroil is supposed to be the best penetrating oil, but pricey.
