hello rx7 club. trying to find a parts car for my 84 GSL-SE i have found a 81 rx7.
That i can have for free. it has everything included with it (motor/tranny...) bad body damage though and broken glass.

im just having trouble finding out if the parts are gonna be interchange able with my GSL-SE. like headlights and fenders and hood. also ball joints. rear end and control arms and everything else that u could think of that i may need to swap out one day.

please fill me in if there is a parts list or something. thank you

 

The body panels will all fit. The suspension is different for your GSL-SE model along with the engine. Some small bit will work like alternator - but almost everything else engine will not. Still worth getting and stripping though.

 

That was my idea as well. I know the motors are different. Just about the body panels. Lights. Glass. Doors. Steering linkages and so on.

Still going to get it and strip it. Know I guy that will take the junk of my hands.
