Tell us your climate; Average-Lowest winter temperatures, Average-Highest Summer temperatures. That'll help us to come up with oil grades and coolant mixtures.
Remember, any list you find out there, might not be accurate as people let their web sites go out of date or are very opinion based. Here, you can give feedback and ask questions. Not to mention that most of your reccomendations are based off of experience, as well as expert advice.
For starters, Stock car, Average climate:
Oil: Castrol GTX 20w50 (4 Qts + 1 Qt of Marvel's Mystery Oil - It's sold in a red bottle. Good stuff.)
Coolant: 50/50 Ethelyne Glycol (Green) to Water. (The orange kind is not reccomended.)
Manual Transmission oil - SAE 90
Manual Steering oil - SAE 90
Automatic Transmission - ATF Type F
Power Steering - ATF Type F
Differential (Drum Brake Rear Axle) - SAE 90
Differential (Disc Brake Rear Axle) - SAE 90 w/ Limited Slip additive
Brake Fluid - DOT 3 or 4 (4 highly reccomended)
Clutch Hydraulic Fluid - DOT 3 or 4
