finding tdc with modified flywheel

How would I go about finding tdc with the timing marks. I have the marks and I have a vw modified flywheel, so no dip in the factory one. I have the automatic counterweight. It is running and like I said I can see the marks but I might be 180deg out. it was up and running fine but a little hard starting. locked dizzy.
